Default Messaging Button

Dear Admin,
I have realized that when sending a message, the default recipient is usually the client rather than the support
I meant to send a message to the support and somehow the message was sent to the client, i went to check it back and the message was already sent to the client
I hope the company can set the support as the default recipient to avoid the problems of sending the wrong message to the client

Dear Simpleman,
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
Please, note that while creating and sending a new message you have 2 options: one recipient is the customer, another-support.
So you are welcome to click on the   drop-down list and choose support as your recipient.
