Hello Gabriel. It is now close to 2 months since Order #2519617 was put on dispute status. The customer's complaint was rather vague, for s/he simply stated, "Sorry i expected in a different way and different format." Yet I had given the paper my best effort. I have not heard anything from the Dispute Department, and am really getting worried. When will the dispute be resolved?

I am also wondering the status of the orders I have on dispute. I currently have three of them, all over a month. Two of them are at around maybe a month and a half to two months. I have a message from the dispute department from June 22nd on the one saying that I will be paid in full, but a month has elapsed and I have yet to have this order clear out. I'm wondering why its taking so long?

I am back :) Due to a technical glitch we have lost track of several disputes,
so please send a note inside a specific order asking for an update if your dispute is older  than a month.

Here are the updates on your disputes:

sphinx , 2543424  is now resolved.

unangalianini, 2531690, 2534727  and 2540862 are all resolved.

I did send a message to the dispute department in regards to two orders: 2533639    and 2526968. However, I got a message from customer service saying it just takes time. Both have these orders have been in dispute since June.    In 2533639 I have a note from the dispute department from over a month ago that the customer was being too picky and I will be compensated, but I still have not been. In the other order, I picked it up as a revision. After revising this paper on and off for about a week and a half, the customer said said he wanted references for the original writers work. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide him references for this as the original writer used a hypothetical situation (although the instructions never say whether it should be hypothetical situation or a real situation). I offered to change the topic over to a real situation, however, the customer told me not to and just add an interview section in the appendixes. Despite my following his instructions he placed it in dispute. Please look into these as a great deal of time has passed on both of them at this point.

My dispute rate has been increased significantly though there is no more order set on dispute status. Kindly advise
