Forum to Cater for Essayshark Writers
« on: August 26, 2011, 10:17:35 AM »
Dear Writers

Please accept our apologies for the spam e-mails you have recently received from noanswer@essayshark.com. There has been a technical error in the system and all of our writers have received the same notification. Please have no concerns regarding your confidential account information – it has not and will not be disclosed to any third party and there is no breach in your account either.

EssayShark.com is in fact the project that is currently being developed and the website is not in use yet. We do however plan to notify you once the website will be ready to function, so you will be able to complete the registration process later on if you wish to.

For now, the e-mails you have received from noanswer@essayshark.com should simply be disregarded.

Thank you for your understanding. Please feel free to get back to us should you have any further questions.

You mean if one has an account with uvocorp.com he or she can still apply for essayshark.com or will it be like having 2 accounts within the same company? For example can one be allowed to have an account with uvocorp and expertwriters.us at the same time or is this site going to be completely different from these two(uvocorp and acedemicexperts.us).

Hi Admin,

When does it look like Essayshark will be open for business? Will there be an application process, again, or would current writers be allowed to participate without being re-screened?

Thank you.

ASNY90, We hope that the site will start working during this coming autumn. Unfortunately, the information about registration process and re-screening is not available yet.

Hi,
I did not receive any email on the essayshark.com site and I was wondering what could be the problem.

Hi,
Thank you Admin for the login information. I would like to point out something that you should consider integrating in your system: an online indicator. This, unlike the current indicator that is placed on the order page, should be on the Available Order page so that writers can know which customer is online and this can be used to swarm writers to him or her. From a personal point of view this would decrease the time writers take going through orders that customers will never reply a single message as they are never online at the same time. The result of this would be decreased frustration among customers and writers as the communication would be meticulous. If this is not possible, consider an add-on that informs a writer when a customer they have bid on their order comes online.
Looking forward to your reply. :-)
Regards,
Anthony

Anthony.m, thank you for the suggestion, we will see if this should be implemented.
This online indicator can be seen at once you click on the order topic, so basically if you want to apply to the orders where customers are on-line, it's quite easy to do...

KUKU NA VIFARANGA, yet, it's like on uvocorp, payment period is from 1st to 5th and from 15th to 20th. During these days you should request your payment and expect to be paid.

LONGISO, you still have the time. You'll note the Hot Season's end starting from 20th of December.
