- Dispute?
When a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the completed paper and there is no time for a revision an order is set on dispute.

- An order I am assigned to was set on dispute. What now?
Feel free to note the support team members for clarifications. They will be happy to assist you and will be able to notify you why that specific dispute was started. You will also receive a note from one of the dispute managers with detailed customer's feedback. Please make sure you reply to that note in a timely manner, it will help to resolve the dispute much faster.

- How much time will it take to resolve a dispute?
Normally it should be resolved within two weeks. If you see that the order has been inactive for more than two weeks please contact the support team for assistance.

- Will I be paid after the dispute is resolved?
Each case is reviewed separately, every decision is taken after careful consideration. The Dispute department will always be ready to justify and explain their decision.
