I do apologize for any inconveniences caused. We experience some technical problems with automatic disabling, that's why it happens. We are working to fix this problem. If you have any troubles with login feel free to contact us via email or Skype.

Joe, I have reactivated your account. The system automatically disables accounts without any order activity for 2 months.

The automatic disabling of your account may occur if :
-  you do not login for 2 months
-  no orders were completed for 3 months

Feel free to contact us via writers.department@uvocorp.com/academicexper.us if you found that your account is disabled.

my automatically disabled account
« Reply #10 on: September 22, 2011, 09:11:00 PM »
i must say that working with uvocorp has been a pleasure to me. though this year i have not been working as i had intended, i am now prepared to write on a full time basis. i made this decision last month but my enthusiasm was hindered bu the fact that i cannot log in since my account has been automatically disabled. i have tried to write to the administration ( via the email writer.support@gamail.com) about my intention to continue writing but they have not been responding. i am not sure if the email i use is the correct one to get to the administration since they are not giving me feedback as to when accounts are supposed to be reopened or what is require from me so that my account can be enabled. i hope someone up there will read this complaint and reactivate my account so that i can continue writing again ;-) thank you for your support.

Automatic Account Disabling
« Reply #13 on: July 07, 2012, 04:43:33 AM »
After completing hundreds of complex orders my account has been disabled automatically. The writers department has stopped responding to my emails. Does it signal that the portal is not working anymore?

rupinder, what email address did you use to contact writers.department? I couldn't find any emails from you for the last few months. The account has been reactivated, however you should contact Writers Department via writers.department@academicexperts.us or support@academicexperts.us for similar issues.
