Thank you for your message.
I am sorry to hear about your frustration.
I think the reason of fine removal rejection was the fact that you did not contact the customer at once, but only 2 days after taking order and before your deadline.
As a result the order was canceled by the customer.

I have been trying without success to get someone to review the fine and late charge for this order. I requested customer information, both from the customer and for Support to contact the customer. I got NO response at all. The deadline approached and I again contacted Support and told them to please put the order on hold, or it was going to run late. STILL no response. So it became late, I was fined, and the order was finally either withdrawn or put on hold or perhaps reassigned. I cannot view the order now, the message “Order not found” appears. But if you are able to read the messages, you will see I am accurately relating what happened.

Bottom line: I should not be fined and charged with a late order when the information I requested was never provided at all. I have already requested fine removal and was denied, but that is just not right! Worse, my average rating has dropped due to the late charge, the only one I have ever had.

Thanks, Penny. I only saw this now after using the forum for the 1st time for quite a while and also since I haven't had to deal with the problem lately. I thus looked at the workings of section break and noticed the same page number can appear on a number of pages. I will go into that if I ever have to deal with the problem again.

Why should the quality of papers be low like it is now in early December?  :-[ Are our writers focused on an anticipated lack of papers as is usual from mid December and thus are too laid back already to produce to their usual standard?  :o Shouldn't one rather make the most of the short time we still have and thus continue earning as usual till there are none to write or edit? Once this happens we will bemoan the fact that there will be no income until about a month's time! >:( However, enjoy the coming break when you have it!   :D

General complaints / PLEASE censor rude, sarcastic, inappropriate messages to customers!

I have been shocked to recently see messages posted to customers that are flagrantly rude and sarcastic.

One writer in particular, I have messaged Writers Department about and been assured of sanctions, yet I continue to see snide, superior comments to customers from this same writer, even when the writer does not seem interested in the order. Such comments typically insult the customer's choice of topic or the instructor's requirements.

One such comment advised the customer to tell his/her instructor that the criteria were ridiculous and should be changed, another that the topic was frivolous, yet another that the customer was showing “hubris” by requesting what this writer considered an excessively long CV. And these are orders obviously not claimed by the writer, as they were still open for taking or bidding.

Support needs to review such comments before posting to customers. Once a writer is assigned an order and feels compelled to advise the customer on it, that is between writer and customer. But to simply post snide comments out of arrogance or boredom is unacceptable.

If you message me off forum, I will gladly provide you this writer’s ID. You can review his/her comments for yourself to see that I am NOT exaggerating.

Can you please look into #212311327 ? It is NOW at *37 days* and was already acknowledged in a message as not my fault, yet I have received no payment.
